In order to meet Honny Power development needs, to last the “Competition tells more than selection” concept, to give outstanding marketing person a good opportunity to show their talents under the fairness, justice, openness principles. Juan 16th, 2011, the fourth internal sales manager competition conference was held in the Honny College. General President Mr. Wen Guosheng, CEO Mr. Li Yuwang and some of important leaders of other branches attended the meeting as a judge. And three of the managers are from east of china, north of china north east and west south trough the video to be a judge. We have a total of 10 sales director from Beijing, Changchun, Shenyang, Shanghai, Nanjing, Nanchang, Changsha, Guiyang, Shenzhen, Zhongshan 10 branches or offices are qualified by this competition. Three of them come to the meeting site and other seven people join the competition trough the video.
President Mr. Wen Guosheng made an important speech at the end of the competition. ‘Honny is developing rapidly. We must training more and more excellent people. Let’s try our best to achieve that we have a manager in each town in the future. Hope we have more candidates here next year and to increase the 10 candidates to more than 20 candidates. At the same time we will reform the existing promotion system to training more excellent people. Let all of the people who have the ability and talent are able to fully display themselves. For the marketing aspect, more and more rural population transfer to urban population. The real estate marketing must be bigger and bigger in china in the future many years.
