The clarion call for a new journey always sounds amidst retrospection and prospect. On January 26th and 27th, 2026, the grand annual conference of HONNYPOWER Group, themed "Steady Progress, Unite and Set Out," was grandly held at the Dongguan factory. All HONNYPOWER colleagues gathered together, building consensus, drawing strength, and jointly mapping out the development blueprint for the new year through profound summarization and reflection, grand honor recognition, solemn goal commitments, and enthusiastic team gatherings.

      A Deep Retrospect, Anchoring Our Course Through Reflection

     On the morning of the first day, the annual work summary meeting commenced at the HONNYPOWER Academy.   

       At the beginning of the meeting, led by the three top-gun sales performers Alex Hu, Wayne, and Wang Peng, all colleagues recited the "HONNYPOWER Declaration" in unison. The resounding pledges echoed through the venue, demonstrating unwavering original aspiration and passionate dedication.

      Subsequently, Mr. Hu, CEO of the Group Company, conveyed the New Year's greetings on behalf of Chairman Vincent.  

        Chairman Vincent's address confronted issues head-on, acknowledging the company's achievements in 2025 while also offering a profound analysis of the shortcomings and gaps in various aspects over the past year. His sincere and thought-provoking words served as a warning to all HONNYPOWER members to remain vigilant and down-to-earth. Only in this way can the company stand firm in the fierce market competition and maintain robust vitality, setting the tone of "pragmatic reflection and forging ahead" for the conference. 

        Next, CEO Mr. Hu delivered the annual summary and the work plan for the new year for HONNYPOWER Group. Ingeniously, he conducted a comprehensive review and analysis of the past year's work through vivid "landscape scrolls."

       While affirming the accomplishments, he also clearly pointed out the pain points and challenges in development, guiding everyone to think collectively. CEO Mr Hu's summary was both warm and profound, not only clarifying gains and losses but also defining the direction for improvement, laying a solid ideological foundation and instilling firm confidence for formulating and executing the 2026 strategic goals.

        Plant production Director Zheng Xubin and Financial Director Yan Xinwen also presented detailed reports and work plans for the new year regarding production operations and financial management respectively. The content was genuine and pragmatic.   

        Director Zheng provided an in-depth analysis of the achievements and challenges in the production sector and proposed clear paths for improvement. 

Director Yan revealed the overall operational context of the company through precise data. These practical sharings gave every colleague a more three-dimensional and deeper understanding of the company's operations.

At noon, all HONNYPOWER colleagues gathered in front of the company's main entrance to take the annual "family portrait." The beaming smiles captured in the frame solidified into a collective mark of unity and endeavor.  

That afternoon, a "brainstorming" session crucial for future development took place in the meeting room. During the closed-door meeting attended by managers from various branches and leaders at the department head level and above, everyone spoke freely. Based on practices in their respective fields, they candidly exchanged experiences, analyzed problems, and contributed wisdom, jointly strategizing for new achievements in the coming year and consolidating the core strength of the management team.

Glory in Bloom, Uniting and Setting Out Through Commitment

On the morning of January 27th, the conference entered an exciting moment of glory—the annual awards ceremony. 

The venue was filled with a celebratory and proud atmosphere as a series of significant awards were unveiled one by one: the "Group Outstanding Employee Award" and the "Dedication Award" bore witness to extraordinary perseverance in ordinary positions.

     The "Best Top-Gun Sales Performer" shone with the sharpness of market assault.

     The "Best Management Team Award (Operation)" and "Best Management Team Award (Efficiency)" demonstrated excellent management effectiveness.

The "Googol Brand Unit Sales Award" and "Best Management Cadre" commended outstanding contributions in professional and managerial fields.

         In addition, the champions, runners-up, and "Best Shooters" of the HONNYPOWER Basketball Tournament also took to the stage, showcasing another vibrant side of HONNYPOWER people. 

         With the awards ceremony concluded, the journey began anew. Immediately following, a solemn "Military Order Pledge" signing ceremony pushed the on-site atmosphere to a new peak.

     Led by Group CEO Mr. Hu, managers from various branches took to the stage one by one, solemnly signing their names on the military order pledges. Each stroke of the pen carried weighty responsibility and unwavering determination, jointly committing to striving to achieve the established ambitious goals in 2026. This "military order pledge" is not merely a promise of numbers but a battle declaration made by all HONNYPOWER colleagues.

          

         Subsequently, Wang Yibo, the 2025 Sales Champion Manager, shared his hard-working journey and insights. He then led the entire audience in a chorus of the stirring song "On the Road," singing out the belief of all HONNYPOWER people in fearing no hardship and accomplishing the mission.     

      After the ceremony, each colleague received generous New Year benefits and a thousand-yuan cash red envelope, with joy and motivation radiating from every face.

      Uniting Hearts in Shared Joy, Elevating Friendship Through Gathering
      On the afternoon of the 27th, the activity venue shifted to the Quye Barbecue Camp,where light-hearted and enjoyable team-building activities were in full swing.

        All colleagues were divided into six teams, cooperating in fun games such as "Quick Hands Bottle Grab," "Doing Two Things at Once," "Land Dragon Boat Race," and "Tug of War," with laughter, cheers, and shouts of encouragement rising and falling.  

     Red envelope lucky draws during game breaks and the children's favorite "Snack Grab" segment brought continuous surprises, igniting the enthusiasm of the entire crowd.    

  That evening, a starry-night camping barbecue provided a warm conclusion to the two-day annual conference. Everyone gathered around, sharing food, chatting, and laughing amidst the wisps of smoke and enticing aromas. Their friendship deepened and intertwined in the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. 

         Conclusion

        The two-days annual conference served as a "review ground" for summarization and reflection, a "glory stage" for recognizing the advanced, a "mobilization meeting" for setting goals, and, moreover, a "refueling station" for uniting hearts. It left every HONNYPOWER colleague clear-headed upon looking back, inspired by affirmation, shouldering responsibility through commitment, and closely connected in laughter. Standing at a new starting point, all HONNYPOWER warriors have stored up energy. They are bound to join hands and march shoulder to shoulder towards the even more grand and magnificent journey of 2026, with the wisdom of "steady progress" and the soaring passion of "unite and set out"!
