In the morning of September 8th, 2010, the project opening ceremony of Guangxi Jingui Pulp and Paper Industry Co., Ltd (APPJG) held in Qinzhou APP Industrial park. APPJG is a branch company of Indonesia APP group, invested 7.9 billion building pulp-paper integration project. The 300,000 tons of mechanical pulp project went into operation and 600,000 tons of paper production grand project started. Guo Shengkun, Party Secretary and regional People's Congress Chairman of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, announced at the opening ceremony to open the project completed.
